Mind you, you can comfortably settle down in Straßenfeger ("Road Sweeper") without a single sweep of the brush. The apartment is called Straßenfeger because of its nearness to the road. The old double, soundproof windows of the bedroom kep out the street noise remarkably well. You can enjoy the warmth of the evening sun and the spectacular view of the surrounding mountains from the balcony and from the big, antique easy chair in front of the window, which will encourage you to browse through one or the other of the books provided in berge.
